Cross Estates was founded in 2003 in St Ives by one of our current owners, following many years working within larger corporate estate agencies across the area. It quickly became clear that St Ives needed something different — a truly owner-run, independent estate agency with local people at its heart.
From the very beginning, our focus has been simple: honest advice, genuine relationships, and deep local knowledge. Every member of our team lives in St Ives or Carbis Bay, giving us first-hand insight into the communities we serve and a real pride and passion for the area we call home.
Starting out with just three properties, Cross Estates has grown organically over the years to become one of the leading estate agents in West Cornwall.
